It was a sloppy, rainy, turnover filled game, but at the end of the day, Penn State was able to run the football and Northwestern was not. After the Cats’ 4th straight loss, they return to Ryan Field for a homecoming tilt against a Wisconsin team who just fired their Head Coach.
